A cozy Coffee Shop in the middle of the colorful downtown in Cabo. Perfect Chilaquiles style are served in this beautiful place.

Pez Gallo is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE BREAKFAST restaurant in town. They serve delicious coffee, and offer a diverse menu which never fails to satisfy and impress. From gourmet versions of mexican classics like chilaquiles and huevos rancheros, to cinnamon “churro-like” pancakes, to grilled cheese, avocado toast, and falafel gyros, this place is a must! My go to is chilaquiles “divorciados” (half red sauce, half green sauce), with all the add-ons, and a “café mojito” (an iced coffee drink with mint and coconut milk). Pez Gallo recently changed to a new location which is about a 5-6 minute drive from Casa Rompeolas.

It is right in the historical center main square. Very good breakfast option. On the weekends better come before 9 am as it gets full quickly.
