This is the best public transportation option to Snowbird/Alta if you have a car to park.

There are trails everywhere up this canyon. Places to go Climbing, Fishing, Snow Shoeing, Hiking, Snowboarding/Skiing.

Although you get on 1 stop before the park n' ride, you can if you do have a car, you can drive to the base of either canyon and as long as it's not an epic powder day, you can usually find a spot!
