Vera now rents part of the facility to a local coffee shop and butcher shop (Marbled Meats) but continue to provide great local and organic products and beautiful flowers- including their own donuts, syrups, condiments and jams, many of which we keep on hand at the Blau Haus.

She has the best apple cider donuts in the hudson Valley-officially-no kidding. Close by for quick this and that. next to the meat place and coffee roasters.
