Wonderful steakhouse with sophisticated wines! Brussel Sprouts with maple bacon (or without!), pine nuts, and lemon - always yummy!

My favorite restaurant in all of Arizona! I'm a foodie and have eaten all of the world and Maple and Ash rivals some of the best. Its not just the food, but the environment. If you want to go, book a reservation early and order the 'I don't give a Fuck'. You won't be disappointed.
