Yoga for every body! I love love love this studio. There are 4 Square One yoga studios throughout the East Bay and the one on MacArthur Blvd is really close by. Full disclosure: I got my 200 hour yoga teacher certification from Square One, so I’m biased. If it’s early in the month, ask if I have a guest pass. (I get one per month and am happy to pass it along to you!)
