If you practice yoga, you'll love this space. One large room with a plethora of classes for every level of yoga. Llyod is my favorite instructor. His classes are more like a yoga 'lesson' so they aren't for everyone. If you're looking for standard and challenging flow, go to one of Linsdey's classes. For restorative or gentle yoga, Jan is the best. Tell them Melanie Brulee sent you!
