This one is for all the whiskey lovers or teachers out there! Schoolhouse Kitchen and Libations is home to 2,100+ bottles of whiskey, proudly displayed on their floor-to-ceiling shelves in their bar. This is one of the largest whiskey inventories in Colorado and it’s still growing. The Schoolhouse already is a unique place to visit, a restaurant and bar created in an old schoolhouse building (built in 1882) with an intense (but fun) school theme.
