We are located within the Snowshoe Highlands International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) Ride Center and Monongahela National Forest, & are now featuring the 27-mile Monday Lick Trail System of single-track bike optimized trails that connect directly to downtown Marlinton. Lit'l Country Comfort

Come and enjoy a relaxing, comfortable and peaceful stay at a fully furnished and renovated mobile home. This country home has a fully stocked kitchen, full bath, washer, dryer, and desk for a study area. Two (2) bedrooms: 1 queen; and bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top. A fire pit to make S'mores! Coffee, tea, creamer, hot chocolate, snacks, toiletries, washing powders & paper towels, are provided for initial stay. Loggers Run is ski-in and ski-out on Snowshoe's longest green trail. With 3 kings, 4 fulls, and 3 twins, we can host several families. Our end unit was recently renovated with luxury furniture, linens, flooring, and decor. You'll find smart TVs in all bedrooms, living and rec rooms, plus heated toilet seats in baths, a private EV charger, and a PlayStation 5 with 85" TV. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the Village or take the shuttle. (Note: Our garage has been converted to living space.)

Walk next door to the historic Waterwheel Restaurant and Pub for dinner or drinks. Located 1 mile from the newly re-opened Warm Springs Pools.

The farm along with our Maple Syrup is certified Organic. From our apple trees to our hay and pastures. We are Organic! If you would like a tour of our farm or maple operation, let us know! By September 2020, there will be a new outdoor living area with a hot tub and dining.

Warm Springs Home with a view

A comfy loft suite for your getaway. Private entrance and deck. Kitchenette -wood countertop, refrigerator under the counter. Microwave, toaster oven, sandwich grill, coffee maker, some dishes/pans. No range. Spiral stairs. The bathroom is open, but around the corner from living space, has a privacy curtain. Tiny Space with a great big view! Right on the Warm Spring! Go down the hill and right in the spring, warm year round. May Not be suitable for older adults, READ on.
