Welcome to our ACK house. We designed the space to be a welcoming, relaxing retreat for guests to enjoy while experiencing the beauty of the island. The design of our home speaks to the balance of old and new. We curated the space with both antique and modern elements. The vaulted ceiling and loft space add to its charm. Decks are featured on the front and back of the home with views of the Atlantic ocean. We are a half-mile walk to Pebble (Tom Nevers) beach.

Just steps from one of the best beaches on the island, and removed enough from the hustle and bustle of town, you will feel right at home in our peaceful abode. Though simple, the house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: Complete kitchen, gas grill, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, beach chairs, very good wifi, and more.

The house is located on the prettiest corner over looking long pond and the ocean. You can’t beat the sunsets here! 2 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on Nantucket. 4 minute walk to Millie’s for the most delicious tacos and margaritas. 4 minute walk to the shuttle that can take you into town for the best shopping and dinners! The Faculty Lounge cottage is the quintessential Nantucket getaway. The house is a short walk to Madaket Beach, Millie's Market and Millie's restaurant. Madaket boasts the best sunsets on the island and the most spectacular night sky. There is easy access to bike paths which lead throughout the island and is a short drive to town. In addition, it is across the street from the Madaket bus stop.
