Fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, multi functional microwave, hot plate, oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker) available to you as well as all the other utensils you need, First bedroom with king bed and another bedroom with two separate beds that could be put together. A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price. We are always happy to assist our guests with their needs. All guests can use the whole apartment for themselves, its two balconies and the private garage.
