Large front deck with a fire table, and back yard with a BBQ and hot outdoor shower. 8 bikes, helmets and locks. Easy self check-in with a coded front door

Imagine a quaint guest cottage nestled in the serene hills of Agoura, just a stone's throw from the stunning beaches of Malibu. This charming one-bedroom retreat features a delightful shabby chic design, with weathered Irish Pine wood accents and vintage decor that exude warmth and character. The spacious yard surrounding the cottage is dotted with California Oak trees, perfect for outdoor relaxation and play. It's a dog friendly paradise where you fur-baby can safely play under the Cal sun.

Relax and recharge with coastal fun and fresh air in this amazing Silver Strand beach neighborhood. Set behind a private fence, this recently renovated home has rare patio's in both the front and back, doubling it's entertaining space. With an open concept living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining space, this 2 bed/1 bath home comfortably sleeps 5. The home is blue tooth compatiblelife at the beach with restaurants and many water activities all within a easy walk of the property.

Cottage In The Orchard

The cottage is located by our orchard, very private w views from every window. Comfortably furnished (Queen bed, couch, desk, armoire, dresser,TV) it comes w a kitchen (incl w/d), bathroom (shower) and a fenced yard to relax. It has a light and airy feel, heating and a/c. Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.

Hummingbird Cozy Cottage, Garden, Treehouse, Views

The cottage is VERY small (think Tiny House) but with all the comforts and amenities. The bedroom has a full bed that sleeps a couple, the den has a fold down twin with a memory foam topper stored underneath, extra linens in the dresser. The treehouse is a SMALL separate structure with a twin bed and a small deck. It is a regular twin, not extra long so is best for a child or Not- Too-Tall adult. It is heated, has WIFI and a wonderful view but not its own bathroom.

Mid-Century Modest. 1 block to Pierpont Beach.

Business license #2223. After 2 guests I charge $13 extra each per night, per person, including infants. I also charge $78 per pet. I have a security camera in the front. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is also a sleep sofa and an airbed. Relax and enjoy. Ventura has been voted one of the best places to vacation. There is an extra room with 2 twin beds, please ask me about that. Not a true bedroom.

La Casita Azul - Beach Cottage - 2 bedroom, 2 bath

Enjoy the laid-back vibes of Hollywood Beach and the Oxnard Shores. La Casita Azul is a 1 minute's walk to the beach and a short walk away from all the Channel Island Harbor amenities and fun. Boat and kayak rentals and fresh seafood to fill any cravings are just a short walking distance. Enjoy the Sunday Farmer's Market at the harbor, which offers a variety of locally grown fruits and vegetables and food vendors.
