Piccola Casa ( CIR00503700001) ist ein kleines antikes Dorfhäuschen im alten Kern von Cessole. Das Häuschen wurde 2018 vollständig restauriert und in ein kleines Designschmuckstück verwandelt. Das Haus besticht durch eine einzigartige Atmosphäre und verbindet Wohlbehagen mit Design und moderner Technik. Fußbodenheizung und Kamin sorgen für Behaglichkeit. Auch als Arbeitsplatz ist es eine echte Alternative! Das Haus ist zu allen Jahreszeiten eine Reise Wert. Das Meer und die Berge um die Ecke.

La casa è situata in centro città, a 200 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus e a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro storico e pedonale, ma offre alla stesso tempo una grandissima tranquillità, grazie alla sua posizione in una strada privata. A vostra disposizione c’è un intero appartamento mansardato, situato all’ultimo piano, e un ampio giardino con piscina e laghetto. La posizione è ideale anche per partire alla scoperta delle colline e dei borghi di Langhe, Roero e Monferrato.

All’esterno ti aspettano la piscina con acqua salata e angoli immersi nel verde, perfetti per colazioni lente o aperitivi al tramonto. Bricco Aivè è un piccolo rifugio tra i vigneti, ideale per staccare e ritrovare la calma.

Only the pool area is shared with another flat. In the middle of the Barolo vineyards and a few minutes from the village of Novello, ideal for couples, families, small groups. The owners are available to organise tours and activities: wine tasting, restaurants, e bike, yoga, massages, home chef.

Casa Verrua è situata nel centro di Scurzolengo. Dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina e posto auto. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile ammirare il paesaggio, prendere il sole, e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. La casa, dotata di piscina, è ubicata a due km dal centro abitato e si affaccia sulla valle . Gode di completa autonomia e permette agli ospiti di vivere in una cascina tipica con mobili d'epoca. Gli ospiti hanno l'esclusiva disponibilità della struttura. L'altra casa che si affaccia sul cortile (era un piccolo borgo) è sempre di mia proprietà ed è chiusa durante la permanenza degli ospiti. Ho scelto di avere pochi ospiti per garantire a loro ed a me più tranquillità.
