This cozy 3 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath home is in a fantastic location. Our historic waterfront is just a few blocks away, great for putting your toes in the sand or fishing. Conneaut creek is also a great place to drop your lines. Relax on the covered front porch, you'll view local fireworks filling the skies during the 4th of July celebration. The annual D-Day event is 0.3 miles down the road. At dinner time enjoy multiple local restaurants nearby. Don't forget the covered bridges and wineries!

Our home is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and about 2000sf. located on the shore of Lake Erie. 10 mins from Walnut Beach in Ashtabula and Conneaut Township park, 30 mins from Geneva-on-the-Lake, and 40 mins from Presque Ise in Erie, PA. With 2 living rooms and a hot tub, our home is ideal for a family vacation. Pet-friendly; beds for 6, plus 3 futons (groups larger than 8 must be approved by the host).

The living area has a sofa sleeper that can comfortably accommodate two more guests. Washer and dryer available, and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishes and utensils.
