Centrally located along the St. Johns River, Moonlite Retreat is 100 yards from the main channel and 500 yards from Welaka Spring. Come sip a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over your private boathouse from the comfort of your private screen porch. Then leave from your boathouse and explore the St Johns River.

Bring your fishing gear or small boat to enjoy a fun getaway at the Captain's Cottage with a dock on Lake Stella. Key-less entry allows for self check-in and welcomes you to this comfortable clean 962 sq. ft. space with two queen size beds, one bathroom, full kitchen, florida room, and a fenced-in backyard. A paddle boat is provided. Three kayaks and 2 bicycles are also available! Or you can bring your boat and go fishing! Enjoy swimming, lovely sunsets and strolls around the beautiful lake.

This rustic cabin is surrounded by graceful live oaks and is often visited by wildlife like deer, bear & sandhill cranes.

There are 2 springs both 5 minutes from the house, Salt Springs & Silver Glen Springs. Beautiful Juniper Springs, Silver Springs and Alexander Springs are all a hop, skip, and jump away. This fully loaded A frame is stocked with a shed full of fishing gear. Mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.

Welcome to the Damon Nomad! Gated Lakefront campground. No RV experience needed. Across street salt springs. A short drive to Silver glen, Silver, Alexander & jupiter springs. Only RV I know of with a California King. Tons of stuff to do if you like the outdoors. Take the golf cart to the restraunts, bait store, dollar general or just cruise the campgrounds. $20 checkin fee for up 2 vehicles. Palatka Arts and Crafts Bungalow c.1925

This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.
