You can walk to the local market, restaurants and downtown Tybee Island. You can see the pier from the deck and of course the ocean. Yet, only 4 blocks to the beach & back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
