Das „Pearl“ ist ein kleines (756 sf) Ferienhaus jetzt im (Geschäftsviertel) Herzen von Tybee's South (Haupt-) Strand. Das Ferienhaus ist im „Strandstil“ eingerichtet und gemütlich. Genieße zwei separate, geräumige Terrassenbereiche mit Sichtschutz, Holzkohlegrill und Außen-/Kaltwasserdusche. Parken und zu Fuß gehen ... 0,3 Meilen zum Strand und Pier, Geschäfte, Restaurants und süße Leckereien.

Turtle Moon Cottage – 500 Schritte zum Tybee Beach

Dieses historische erhöhte Strandhaus wurde 1920 erbaut. Schöne, originale Kiefernwände und -böden. Wir möchten, dass du dich fühlst, als würdest du das Strandhaus eines Freundes ausleihen. Du kannst spüren, wie sich deine Schultern entspannen, wenn du durch die Tür gehst. Ideale Lage in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße, aber nur 500 Schritte (1/4 Meile) vom Strand, Pier oder Bars und Restaurants am südlichen Ende der Insel entfernt. Vordere und hintere Veranden im 2. Stock. Haus auf einem Eckgrundstück. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, um Leute zu beobachten.

Private garden with umbrella, and seating, covered front porch with butterfly garden. 4 blocks to the beach ( sunrise) & 4 blocks to the back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
