For those of you who are not interested in loads of space, we offer a small (14 sqm) but cosy and well equipped studio for your stay in Rome. We have renovated a former wash house and transformed it into a modern and refined pied à terre with AC, WI-FI and usb wall ports, your comfort being our main concern. Our studio is located in Villa Certosa, a friendly neighborhood (almost a small town) in Rome, 15 mins by tram from Termini Station and 15 mins on foot from the popular Pigneto.

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

Un appartamento luminoso e accogliente per le vostre fughe nel cuore della città eterna! La casa è al terzo piano senza ascensore di un bel palazzo di Trastevere. L'affaccio è su una tranquilla strada laterale, e quindi la casa è silenziosa nonostante si trovi nel cuore di Trastevere. Da notare che la pulizia finale di 65€ non è conteggiata nel prezzo di Airbnb ma si paga in contanti all’arrivo.
