Our charming and rustic guest apartment is built into half of our 8 stable horse barn on our 5 acre farm. If you are looking for a unique place to stay in Vero Beach, our guest suite is perfect. Built in 2015, it has one queen bedroom, a sleeping loft, a living area, kitchenette, a bathroom, and plenty of outdoor area to enjoy the farm, such as our fish pond, small chicken range, miniature silky fainting goats and horse Mr T. We are in the country, but close the beaches and Dodgertown.

The Nest

The Nest has undergone a major renovation/expansion with the addition of a full kitchen/dining and separate bedroom. It is an adorable, lavishly decorated lower level, 700 sq ft cottage on a large property located along the Indian River and three blocks from the heart of Cocoa Village. Laundry facility is next door to the Nest and shared with upstairs unit. It has a private courtyard. Parking onsite for one only normal-sized vehicle. No Cleaning Fee. Max two guests.

This unit offers complete apartment style accommodation with fully private entrance, bedroom, living room and mini kitchen. Everything is brand new so you can rest assured your stay will be comfortable. Our kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave and Keurig coffee maker with pods. There is also a pull out in the living room. A level 2 EV Charger is available on the property, please request when booking if you would like to use it.

Compact full kitchen to prepare meals while you enjoy your stay. Living area has a loveseat, bedroom has a queen size bed. 1.5 miles to downtown Vero and just 11 minutes to the beach

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio apartment under the oaks. Minutes from river front eateries, night life with live music, skydiving, golfing, canoe and kayak rental, boat and jet ski rental, chartered fishing, hiking, Mel Fishers treasure museum, 15 minutes to Wabasso beach. Or stay in, use the grill, and sit by the fire pit.
