We can provide comfortable accommodation for six people.Elevator is only a few steps away from the parking lot.The ocean side and a pool are also a couple steps.Plenty of unique dining and shopping experiences close by. On the balcony the wiew is amazing, you can see the ocean and a swiming pool too. you will find everything here in one place and you don’t even have to drive.

Beach access from our pool deck is closed, but beach access is available via the North Side Beach Access. Our covered parking garage is under repair, so out free guest parking is available on our south side parking lot during these repairs. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Daytona has been hit by hurricanes. The amenities on the resort are all closed. Therefore the pools, gym, tiki bar and restaurant are closed. We have adjusted the prices accordingly. The studio faces west and has a sunset city view. One queen bed and a full sleeper sofa bed. Clean and stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella and lots more! Very close to multiple restaurants and bars. This is a non-smoking resort, strictly enforced with a $250 fine.
