During the day take a short walk to the beach or rent a golf cart and cruise the island, see what nature has to offer. We pride ourselves on providing a clean and quiet home. 75in TV, corn hole, beach chairs, kayaks, dart board, gas grills and Adirondak chairs to relax in. We continue to upgrade your experience. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway only accessible by boat. Little Gasparilla Island is a bridge-less barrier island off Florida’s West Coast in the Gulf of Mexico. Access is for residents and renters only, you will arrive by your private boat or jump aboard the water taxi for a 10 minute ride to our dock. No cars, shops, or restaurants on the island. The 7 mile beach is private and uncrowded. Get around LGI by renting a golf cart or explore by foot-you decide.

Welcome to the most secluded spot on Little Gasparilla Island! Our Beach Cottage property is on the beach with all-natural surroundings: a state park, a mangrove lagoon, and the Gulf of Mexico. It boasts front views of the water and gorgeous island sunsets year-round. You'll have boat space on our private dock and amenities including kayaks, paddle boards, an outdoor bayside dining area, coffee bar with complimentary coffee, private grilling area, fire pit, and much more!

Amazing Peace River Views

House is a 2 bed, 2 bath layout. The Master bed is a king bed and the guest bedroom is a queen. Both bedrooms have walks in closets with easy and convenient shelving and built in hampers. The laundry is stocked with liquid soap and fragrance free powder with fast efficient machines. There are speakers in the house, lanai and pergola. You will be able to control them via your phone. There is a desk work area with extra monitor for laptops and a printer for your use.

Blue Cottage Suite- Peaceful Old Englewood Charm!

This charming rental is in historic Old Englewood right at the edge of Lemon Bay. The Blue Cottage is in a quiet neighborhood just 4 blocks from Dearborn Avenue with all great entertainment, eclectic shopping and restaurants, live music, and more. The Front porch pictured is part of the main house and is NOT included for use while renting the Blue Cottage Suite. IF the main home is vacant during your stay, I will let you know and it can be used during that time.
