If you’d prefer the beach we have private access just across Ocean Dr. The neighborhood is very walkable to the pool or beach as well as great restaurants. Both bedrooms feature queen beds and Samsung 40” TV, the living room has a pull out couch and a 50” Samsung TV.

We are members of the Marriott Ocean Club so our guests can enjoy the Marriott Resort amenities! For a $300 one time fee paid directly to the Marriott Golf Pro Shop our guests (up to 4 staying in our condo) can access reduced fees for private golf, tennis and pickleball, all resort pools, tiki bar by the beach, 24/7 fitness center, resort shuttle.

From Sunrise to Sunset, you can relax and unwind on either of our two balconies - our living room balcony is ocean front, and the Primary Bedroom Balcony has views across the island to the river. We do our best to keep our condo stocked with essentials - from cooking basics, beach gear, to cleaning supplies and more.
