A 700 sq ft Guest House/In-Law suite, located in North Miami Beach. The unit is great for 2-3 guests. The suite has its own entrance and parking that fits 1-2 cars. Its location is only 2 miles from Aventura Mall, 3.6 miles Hard Rock Studium, 1 mile from I-95, 2.7 miles from Turnpike, and 15-20 minutes from both Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
