Unser Haus verfügt über 3 im Jahr 2017 sanierte vollklimatisierte 4* Apartments, Pool und einen großen Gartenbereich den jeder nutzen kann. Bis zum Meer sind es 7 Gehminuten, in das Örtchen Ika 10 Gehminuten und in den Stadtkern von Lovran 15 Gehminuten. Fußläufig sind zwei Supermärkte zu erreichen. Die nächst größere Stadt, Opatija, erreicht man über Franz-Josef-Weg am Meer entlang in 6 km oder in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto/Bus. Jedes Apartment verfügt über einen sicheren Parkplatz im Hof.

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu obiteljske kuće , smještenom u mirnom i sigurnom kvartu , udaljen 10 do 15 minuta autom od grada i plaže . 3 spavače sobe kuhinja , dnevni boravak , wc , 2 balkona , parkiralište za auto , roštilj , bazen ... U cijeni je uračunato : voda , struja , plin , internet , posteljina ( plahte , jastučnice ) , ručnici , bicikle i boravišna pristojba .

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.

One Bedroom Apartment with Terrace Villa Forgotten Garden Portoroz is one of two accommodation units of Forgotten Garden Villa in Portoroz. It is located just a five-minute walk away from the sea and the center of Portoroz. It offers a wonderful view of the trees.

The apartment is situated in the house, where we have in all 3 apartments. Beli križ is a quiet district of Portorož, with 2km distance from the nearest beach. The apartment was partly reconstructed in 2015. The apartment is situated near two others.

Our apartments are located in Ika, and about 300m walking distance to the sea. Each apartment has access to an outdoor swimming pool and a balcony. The views from the blacony are breathtaking. The vibrant city of Opatija is 3.5km away.
