It has its own private entrance, a double bed, TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, tea and coffee facilities, breakfast snacks and lots of information on things to do during your stay. The Cozy studio is close to Alder Hey children’s Hospital, a 15/20-minute bus ride to Liverpool City Centre, 10-minute taxi journey to both Anfield and Goodison's ground and 15 mins from Aintree Race Course.

B&B Self Contained Annexe With Private Access

Our Annexe includes continental breakfast. A private self contained unit with its own garden, arbour, patio, and water feature. The conservatory has a dining table and relaxing chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed if required, tv, dvd, Alexa, stereo and electric fire. There is a microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has views over the private courtyard. The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee.

Newbridge Guest House

This guest house is in a rural location, within the grounds we have 2 fishing lakes which we run as a commercial fishery with farm land all around. There are chickens on site as well as a peacock and peahen. I must make you aware that we have a cockerel and he can be vocal early in the morning, the peacock too, this may not suit everyone. please be aware that there is no oven, but there is a hob, air fryer, microwave and toaster.
