Chill at the cosy Fisherman's Cottage by the Sea

While away leisurely evenings on the intimate deck with rustic wooden benches at a tranquil cottage in popular Island Wall. Pared-back neutral decor and subtle coastal accents blend with the period features, from barn-style doors, hardwood floors and a wood burner for those cosy nights in. (Please let me know in advance if you want logs ordered) Modern features to compliment, super fast broadband, smart TVs, nest heating. Please note for those with mobility issues these fisherman cottages have steeper stairs than normal and the only bathroom (no shower) is off one of the bedrooms . Our cosy fishermans cottage has everything you will need for a chilled and relaxing stay by the beach. You will enter the cottage through the barn style front door that lead into a small hallway with a fairly steep staircase ( normal for these types of properties) to the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs? The sitting room to the front of the cottage have deep comfortable sofas (separate bed for your dog if required) for watching SKYQ tv or listening to music on the Roberts radio. The cottage is warm and there is a log burner that can be used on a chilly days. The separate dining room has a wooden table that seats 6 people. The large cupboards house crockery and cutlery and the cupboard under the stairs has lounging chairs for the beach. The well equipped kitchen houses a large fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave, washing machine and dryer and a barn style door that leads out to a private walled decking area with seating. Complimentary tea and coffee will be provided. There are 2 large double bedrooms with comfortable brass beds in each room. All windows have modern shutters that block out any light for lie-ins. All fresh white linen and a choice of pillows in either feather, foam or tempura. One bedroom has a wardrobe with hangers and space for cases and both have bedside cabinets and lighting. The second bedroom leads into the bathroom with a roll top bath and shower . Towels, toilet paper, shower gel and lotion are all provided. The famous Windys is 30 seconds from the front door, serving breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. Watch the sunset every evening whilst sipping a cocktails outside the Neptune pub which is directly on the beach . The harbour with its fabulous restaurants and local arts and crafts is less than a 10 minute walk along the beach. Noise can travel between these fishermans cottages, so please be mindful of your neighbours especially when out in the garden.

Schäferhütte „Rose“ mit privatem Whirlpool

Das Hotel liegt auf unserem kleinen Bio-Bauernhof im Herzen der Kent Downs AONB mit Blick auf den natürlichen See. Sie verfügt über einen privaten Whirlpool, in den du von der Terrasse aus einsteigen und dich bei einem kühlen Getränk entspannen kannst, während du den Sonnenuntergang über den Feldern beobachtest. Sie verfügt über einen gemütlichen Holzofen, fließendes Warmwasser, einen Gasherd, einen Kühlschrank und ein eigenes beheiztes Duschbad (20 Schritte entfernt). Die Rose Shepherds Hut bietet Platz für bis zu 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Kents Schlösser, Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nicht mehr als 30 Autominuten entfernt.

Die Lodge, Puddledock

Puddledock Lodge ist eine kleine gemütliche Lodge, die auf einem kleinen Campingplatz in der Nähe von Canterbury basiert. Sie befindet sich am Ende einer privaten Einfahrt, neben Wald, in der Nähe meines eigenen Hauses. Auf der Rückseite des Standorts in einer alten Scheune befindet sich unser kleines klassisches Fahrzeugrestaurierungsgeschäft, das ungewöhnliche Fahrzeuge zum Verweilen macht, wie unsere Pferdewagen- und Wagenhütte, die um den Teich steht. Die Lodge ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Waldspaziergänge durch das wilde Campinggelände und die Landschaft. Strände und Attraktionen sind leicht zu erreichen.

Der Annexe ist eine stilvolle, 2-Bett-Familienimmobilie, 5 Fahrminuten vom Hafen von Dover und dem Schloss von Dover entfernt, geeignet für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder oder 2 Erwachsene. Die Unterkunft besteht aus 1 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und 1 sehr kleinen Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbetten, einer offenen Küche und einem Wohnbereich, einem Duschraum und einem Gartenbereich mit Terrasse. Die Unterkunft befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Haupthauses und der Zugang erfolgt über einen Schotterweg.

It also benefits from dedicated WiFi and 32 inch TV with Netflix, Prime and other channels.

Super cozy stilted luxury cabin with ‘hotsprings’ hot tub set in a garden dominated by Palms, Bamboos, Tree Ferns and other exotic planting creating a Jungle feel. Being hand built by the owner, this space really is a absolute one off. Everyone that visits, remarks that they ‘feel like there abroad’. A gorgeous kitchen sits adjacent to the lounge with 1 of 2 log burners. The bathroom has an extremely ‘high end’ feel to it. The lower level reveals an enormous hand crafted 4 poster bed.

Tidal Cabin - seaside themed cabin in Herne Bay

We look forward to hosting you in our cosy, seaside-themed cabin set in our garden. Suitable for couples or friends as there's also a click clack sofa bed for occasional use if needed (please advise at the time of booking). (Please note we are unable to accept children under 12.) Perfect as a base for exploring the local area of Herne Bay with great trails for bikes/walks and runners. A welcome basket for a light breakfast is provided, along with teas, coffee and milk/juice.
