20ft up nesting between three sturdy oak trees this treehouse made of recycled timbers and is surrounded by trees and has glimpses of the northdowns AONB Cosy and private set on the edge of a barley field the only sound is wind through the trees and birdsong. Heater and double glazing makes this ideal in winter or summer, and a chemical loo in the cabin at ground level adds a creature comfort. There is an induction hob, cool box electric kettle and Bluetooth speaker and a variety of games .

Secluded self-contained annexe facing woods

Located in the countryside yet very close to Canterbury , University & Whitstable. This room is completely private and not overlooked, with its own private patio. Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for all of Canterbury's many attractions. Breakfast is left for you in the kitchen to be prepared by yourself at leisure. The breakfast is as listed; tea or coffee, toast and butter and two types of jam and granola . We allow one good dog .

The cabin is made of Wood, set in 12 acres of land. It has a decking area at the back of the property overlooking uninterupted views of open farmland which is quiet and peaceful. It has electric ,heating hot water and an electric shower, very cosy in Winter. It’s a studio with a 5ft bed, kitchenette, shower room with WC. Breakfast items are provided including Bread, pastries,butter, milk yogurt juice, jam, fruit, tea and coffee. any dietary requirement or preferences catered for.

The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.
