Enjoy swimming, canoeing, Bocce on the lawn, barbecue on the deck! Osprey’s Roost is the perfect retreat to rest and recharge, ideal for a romantic week away, a girls’ weekend or a family gathering!

Located directly on the waterfront of Breton Bay our home offers a scenic deck, screened in porch and private dock, that all feature breathtaking views that just can't be beat! Recently renovated, our 3 bedroom 1 bath home sleeps up to six guests. Our location offers serene privacy, but is still within 10 minutes of Leonardtown restaurants and shops. AC, High speed WiFi, & cable are all included in your stay.

River + Beach Front Cottage 4 BR ADA Northern Neck

Captain Davis Cottage a privately owned river cottage located in Sandy Point, VA. Close to where the Potomac River meets the Chesapeake Bay, the cottage has a large beach and private pier. New construction, modern amenities and craftsman touches by the owner. Rental includes main cottage (3 BR, 2 bath) and guest cottage (1 BR, 0 bath). ADA Friendly. Memorial Day + Labor Day weekends are 3 day minimums, in between those two weekends (summer) we rent Friday to Friday for a 7 night rental.

There's boating, fishing, crabbing, bird watching, tanning, and hammock-napping. Need more? Ok, antique shops, breweries, wineries, live music, crab boils and oyster fests. Still need more? Cornhole, can jam, horseshoes, hiking, and swimming and tennis at the community pool. That's not all, so just trust us - you will LOVE your time in Montross, Virginia!

Palmers Cove Retreat

Recently remodeled, this charming 1930's home offers peaceful outdoor living at its best. Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and comfortable seating for six with stunning views of Nomini Creek. This property features a dock with swim steps and a boathouse, perfect for boating enthusiasts. Go fishing and crabbing, or explore the creek with provided kayaks and paddle boards. No smoking on premises. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
