Whether you want to spend a weekend with your family or you need a home base for three months. Embedded within the famous Wundsam Palace Stadiongasse 6-8 you will find what you are looking for. A two winged apartment on 206 m² with up to 10 sleeps in 4 sleeping rooms and one grand living room. The close proximity to the Parliament, the Town Hall and the famous Kunst- and Naturhistorisches Museum are just few of many step stones, which you will find provided on your path to an exclusive stay in imperial Vienna. The two winged Wiener Suite is suited with four bedrooms, a fine dining / living room, two bathrooms and one kitchen for each wing. If needed, the Grüner Salon may also be fitted as fifth sleeping room. Guest are welcome to use everything they can find in the apartment as guest normally do. I will be reachable on my telephone at all times if any assistance is needed. The building is located in the political center of Vienna between the historic town hall and the parliament. It one of the earlier buildings planed by Otto Wagner, one of the most influential Viennese architects. There is the Subway Station Rathaus U2 and the Tram Lines 1, 2, 71 and D within three minutes of walking. Parking is recommended at the Parkgarage am Museumsquartier for 8 € / Day. If it is needed to take the garbage out, then you will find the possibility to deposit mixed garbage and paper within the house. Paper: If you enter the house, then you will see a door on ground level just to your left. Here you will find 3 bins for paper only. Mixed garbage: If you go down the first stair where the paper is deposited and then to your right, then you will find the waste room to your right in the first patio. Glas is deposited publicly just opposite of the house entrance.

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Maringotka na jihu Čech Vám nabízí soukromí s výhledem do přírody. Netradiční romantické ubytování, kde naleznete vybavenou kuchyň, koupelnu s WC a sprchou, oddělený spací prostor, pohodlný gauč, krbová kamna a terasu k posezení. Dreikanthof für Ruhesuchende umgeben von Natur

Unter dem Motto „Langsamer leben“ genießt man bei uns den Augenblick, die Stille und die Natur. Hier geht man im Sommer Barfuß und in der Nacht unter Sternen. Unser Dreikanthof hat Charakter und erzählt viele Geschichten. Wir kombinieren Steinmauern und Holzböden mit Boxspringbetten und Designerlampen. An der Kost-Bar & dem Kissen-Menü kann man sich entscheiden, muss man aber nicht. Das Waldviertel ist ein magischer Ort der Gefühle weckt nach denen man immer wieder Sehnsucht haben wird.

Leopold der Lamahüte-Wagen

Die Unterkunft stand ursprünglich als Aufenthaltsraum bei einer Erdölbohrstelle im Marchfeld, später wurde sie als Umzugswagen benützt, bis wir ihr Potenzial zu einem Tiny House auf Rädern entdeckt haben. Vom einstmaligen Bauwagen blieb nur das Gerüst, alles andere wurde von uns geplant, eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Gäste finden den Bauwagen nun als Unterkunft, der es an keinem (kleinem) Luxus mangelt. Inmitten der Lamawiese, hat er ein idyllisches Plätzchen auf der Farm bekommen.

Je to chalupa s letní venkovní kuchyní a pokoj je mimo má tv. wifi. tři lůžka a přistýlka v pokoji Je to ubytování pro lidi co mají rádi klid a nehledají luxus ale chtějí poznat jak se dříve žilo na venkově máme doma jednoho pejska a kočku ale to není snad překážkou je to stará chalupa v počaté rekonstrukci. V okolí jsou památky jako Znojmo ,Moravský Krumlov, Brno, Třebíč , Telč , Vranov nad Dyjí , Lednice a Mušov jsou to velká jezera s možností koupání (aquapark Moravia)

Es sind ALLE willkommen!! Komfort und Entpannung im BLOCKHAUS auf der Waldlichtung. Auch Hunde sind herzlich Willkommen. Frühstück ist im Preis inkludiert. Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten uvm.. Wintersperre von 7.1. bis Februar. Februar bis Osterferien eingeschränkter Betrieb. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (zb Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (zB Marienkäfer)möglich.
