In ZTL, con bici a disposizione, a due passi dalle mura, da via Fillungo e dall'Anfiteatro, ben collegato a stazione e parcheggi. Tranquillo, ideale per eventi culturali e artistici, lavoro, studio, vacanze anche prolungate.

Situato in una delle zone più belle e fornite di Viareggio, si trova a pochi passi da tutto: è perfetto sia per chi decide di fare una bella passeggiata in pineta🌳 (che si trova a 1 minuto a piedi di distanza), sia per chi vuole recarsi nel Centro della città (a 3/5 minuti a piedi di distanza), sia per chi vuole dirigersi in Passeggiata o al mare🏖️🌊 (a 8 minuti a piedi di distanza).🥰

Silenzioso e romantico, a 20' dal mare e immerso nel verde. Ospitiamo SOLO ADULTI NON FUMATORI, siamo pet-friendly (piccola taglia) e molto rispettosi dell' ambiente. Pedona si trova a 5' a piedi dall' alloggio, e offre 2 alimentari e 1 ristorante. Camaiore, una città storica e ben servita, dista 8' in auto. Il nostro Wi-Fi è MOLTO PIGRO, ma la "connessione", non è la nostra priorità 😉. C'è la possibilità di prenotare un ombrellone in spiaggia privata a 25€ al giorno (pagamento in spiaggia).

It is at about 5 km from Lucca,medieval town, birth place of the opera composer Puccini. You can hike or bike ride on the river park, go to the seaside,only 20km away. La dimora del Codirosso B&B: timeless soul-Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

Solea - Panoramic Double Room

The big and bright double room, recently renovated, is located in one of the most fascinating points of the area that overlooks the town. The terrace gives an amazing 180° view and during winter it is possible to enjoy the view of the illuminated Nativity scene of Manarola from an exclusive and quiet position. Solea is only few minutes far from boutiques, restaurants and the seaside. Private parking available by request.

Just renovated, studio in viareggina 150 meters from the sea, the pine forest and the pedestrian center of Viareggio. The accommodation consists of a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a well-equipped kitchenette. Small outdoor courtyard. Television and wi.fi. In July and August, we do not accept bookings less than 7 nights; however, it is advisable to contact us if it is necessary to change the conditions.
