Il territorio circostante è costituito da un meleto, prati, altri alberi da frutto e il bosco. La strada per accedervi è sterrata negli ultimi 50 mt e termina nella proprietà. l'altro rustico, molto vicino ma indipendente, è utilizzato dalla famiglia. In estate è un luogo fresco perché circondato di ruscelli e a ridosso del bosco.
