Poggio Bronzino, Montebuono - Sorano (Gr)

Nella campagna di Montebuono, ridente frazione nel comune di Sorano (Gr), vicino a Sovana, Pitigliano, Saturnia, Bolsena e ad un' ora dal mare della maremma, AFFITTASI, per brevi periodi, casale privato recentemente ristrutturato. Poggio Bronzino è una piccola abitazione, tipica della zona, strappata al degrado ed all'abbandono. Realizzata in pietra locale faccia vista, solai in legno e mezzane, è articolata su due piani. All'esterno ampio giardino e piscina (apertura dal 01/06) con solarium.

Sulle colline del Chianti, porzione di antica casa colonica in pietra del 1800, situata a S. Filippo una piccola frazione di Barberino Tavarnelle, a metà strada tra Firenze e Siena, a 30 minuti di macchina dall'aeroporto di Firenze, a 1 ora da quello di Pisa. Tre camere da letto, due bagni, ampia sala con camino, cucina abitabile e sala da pranzo. Vista magnifica sulle colline da ogni finestra! Splendida piscina a sfioro con zona idromassaggio, non riscaldata e aperta da Aprile a Ottobre.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.
