You will have the spacious open plan guest accommodation to yourself with private access and private patio, which has outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ. The perfect place to escape busy lives and explore the beautiful countryside of Sussex, with great walks onto fields which is accessed from the property. 15 mins walk to The Griffin Pub in Fletching. 1m to Piltdown Golf C one of the top 50 valued Courses in the UK.

Weaver's Cottage

Weaver's Cottage is located in the peaceful garden setting of 15th C Cloth Hall. Smarden was once renowned as a weaving community. The cottage has been lovingly converted into a stunning retreat for four, offering a super king-size bed & 2 single footstool beds, a luxury spa bathroom and a large comfy sofa right in front of a wood burning stove. Guests also have access to heated outdoor swimming pool in the warmer half of the year and an optional hot tub year round for an additional hire fee.

Comfortable space for four people can accommodate six with extra charge per person over 4. One king size bed. Two x 2’6” beds that can be made as a double on request, a 4ft pull out sofa bed in the lounge area. Travel cot/high chair available. Caravan is of Platinum standard (Park Holidays grading). Relax and unwind in your own slice of rural paradise as you experience the estate’s fascinating history. Once belonging to the estate’s gardening staff in 1890, Honeysuckle has been beautifully restored to reflect its unique history. Enjoy original features, lots of light and historical charm all topped with heaps of modern comfort.

The Granary at Coes Vineyard, East Sussex

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
