We have a washing machine in the garage for guests use.

Moel y Don is a stunning cottage situated on the water's edge looking out across the Menai Strait. It's a perfect, remote peaceful escape. We are located just 5 minutes away from the A55 making us a perfect hub from which to explore the delights of both Anglesey and Snowdonia. Also located on the famous coastal path of Anglesey. Mezzanine bedroom with a very low ceiling height, you are not able to stand in the mezzanine, but it is accessed by stairs and it is recommended if you may have access issues, then there is a pull out double sofa-bed that can be used as an alternative. Beachfront home with uninterrupted spectacular views out to the Irish Sea. With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

Self-contained studio apartment, detached from the main house which is situated on the Welsh coastal path “The Laundry Room” is in the village of Deganwy. Within a stones throw of the beach, the railway station, buses, cafes, restaurants and the salubrious Quays Spa Hotel, a perfect location to watch the magnificent sunsets. The studio contains all you need a small kitchenette fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board. Separate shower room with handbasin and toilet.
