Het ruime appartement voor 2 personen bevindt zich op 500m van het station via park Belle-Vue waar het gezellig wandelen of fietsen is. Een veilige garageplaats op 150m is ook beschikbaar voor de wagen en de fietsen te stallen. Een top verblijfslocatie voor wie de sfeer en gezelligheid van Leuven wil proeven.

Le partage de mon univers de Sculpteur et la visite de ma galerie vous attendent . Au plaisir de vous accueillir. Sandrine Ps..C'est un village calme donc pas de fête, ni de bruit après 23h, la quiétude du voisinage est une priorité pour moi, de plus, le commissariat de police se trouve à une centaine de mètres donc ....

Welcome to my cosy unique bright home, with astonishing view, a terrace and a balcony. You will be able to spend your alone time in my apartment when I am not there, meaning you will have the entire place for yourself. HOWEVER, my CAT Charlie is staying in the apartment as well, which means you might need to give him food here and there. The apartment is very well located, close to the EU institutions and a walking distance from the city center.
