Newly built , modern family home with a hot tub! Perfect home away from home. The house is fully furnished and comes with everything you need for your stay. It has 4 good size bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. Located in Shotover Country, this is a family friendly local area, close to parks and and family restaurant. It’s also just a 20 min drive to central Queenstown. 10 minutes to the airport. This property is only ever available when the family are out of town. So if the dates fit-snap it up!

Relax & unwind at this unique and rustic getaway. This stand alone cottage which is centrally located in Rolleston, is an ideal place to stopover between the bottom and top of the South Island or a couple wanting to see the sights of Selwyn. The cottage has a self contained kitchenette, separate bathroom, shower, toilet, wood burner, heater, heated towel rail. Private courtyard with laziboy chairs, breakfast area in/outside, Bbq and French doors opening up to a lovely pond with trout

Amazing ever changing views

Lovely home with great indoor outdoor flow to the deck for lounging and dining. Easy access from all areas to the spa pool, the pizza oven and fire pit area. The main bedroom has a view out to the city,has access to the deck and ensuite, the bed is a very comfortable split king Napp with massage and relaxing tilt functions. Other bedrooms have queen size murphy beds. Plenty of board games, automatic chess set, piano, TV with Netflix. Property is not suitable for young children.
