Unser Hobbit-Haus verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Schlafzimmer für einen kleinen Hobbit. Bis zu 2 zusätzliche Gäste können in der gemütlichen, separaten Schlafhütte für 25 £ pro Person und Nacht übernachten. Es gibt ein separates Badezimmer und einen Waschbereich mit warmem und kaltem Wasser. Der Whirlpool kann gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 65 £ pro Aufenthalt genutzt werden.

Schöne Scheune mit drei Schlafzimmern.

Harold's Barn wurde im Mai 2022 eröffnet. Es befindet sich auf dem ehemaligen Bauernhof in Briningham und war einst eine Kartoffelscheune! Harold's Barn bietet Platz für sechs Personen in drei Schlafzimmern mit eigenem Bad. Eine unten und zwei oben. Die Scheune wurde sympathisch restauriert und unter Beibehaltung vieler ihrer ursprünglichen Merkmale auf der Außenseite hat sie ein modernes und sehr geräumiges Gefühl auf der Innenseite. Die Scheune bietet einen herrlichen Blick über das Tal, einen privaten Garten und private, reichlich Parkplätze abseits der Straße.

Das kleine Schloss

Die Lodge wurde elegant gestaltet, um den Charme ihrer Umgebung widerzuspiegeln, und bietet einen charaktervollen Rückzugsort im Herzen von Morton on the Hill, nur eine kurze Fahrt von Norwich entfernt. Wunderschön für modernes Wohnen aktualisiert, behält das Haus ein ruhiges, besiedeltes Gefühl, das zu seiner ländlichen Umgebung passt. Weiche Texturen, einzigartige Töne und sorgfältig ausgewählte Möbel schaffen einen einladenden Raum, um zu entschleunigen und zu entspannen, sei es als Landausflug rund um das Feuer mit Angehörigen oder als romantischer Rückzugsort.

Entworfen vom renommierten Norfolk-Architekten George Skipper Das Boathouse befindet sich in einer völlig unvergleichlichen Lage mit Blick auf den schönen See und das Gelände im Sennowe Park, neben dem Naturschutzgebiet Pensthorpe (kürzlich die „Springwatch“ der BBC) und nur eine 20-minütige Fahrt von der nördlichen Norfolk-Küste in Wells-next-the-Sea entfernt.

Originally forestry workers' cottages, this is the end of four and faces the open fields and the ancient Swanton Great Wood. Peaceful, quiet, relaxing, out of the way, it's at the end of a very quiet lane in Swanton Novers with no traffic, just the odd dog walker or bird watcher passing the house. There is a large garden full of trees which is a real treat on a summer's evening, sitting out watching deer and barn owls across the field. Ideally placed for exploring North Norfolk and the coast.
