Pop on the fluffy dressing gowns and relax as you chill in front of the open fire, or you could just pop to the quaint historic country pub a few yards down the road on your return from one of the many stunning beaches. One up 3 down boutique 300 year old cottage, a superb romantic bijoux retreat. Downstairs there is a wet room with fired earth tiles, underfloor heating, jam pan basin and Soap Co toiletries, quarry tiled floor to the kitchen with stable door. Dishwasher, ceramic hob and neff oven, butler sink. Dualit toaster and Kettle and ROK coffee maker. Integrated fridge. The lounge has a open fire with coal, kindling supplied. Luxury Leather sofa and dining area for 2. Smart TV with Netflix The bedroom has double bed with top of the range "Vi Sprung" mattress, "The White Company" Egyptian cotton linen. Dressing gowns and slippers are also provided. A vintage style record player and vinyl records are also in the bedroom. A selection of vinyl is also provided but why not bring your own special song and surprise your partner. Wifi included. Courtyard enclosed garden, with outside power, seating, lighting and cobblestones. As soon as you arrive you will be able to make that cup of tea, we provide tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, freshly ground coffee, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and fresh flowers. We also provide a few goodies for yourself and should you book you dog in a welcome pack for your furry friend. Dogs are charged at £20 per booking. You will have the whole of the property and the outside courtyard all to yourselves. Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

After a day out exploring, you can enjoy the outdoor space in peace and quiet or the cosy and warm indoors with squishy sofas and comfy beds.

South Fistral Cottage near the beach and Gannel

SOUTH FISTRAL COTTAGE is newly built with space and luxury in mind and is nestled in between South Fistral Beach and the Gannel Estuary. A 5 min walk to both. The cottage is alongside our bungalow at Pentire, with parking on the driveway. Your entrance is separate and secure. The gate opens onto an undercover deck and into an open plan kitchen lounge dining area with 55 " smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed built in a wardrobe and 1.5 ensuits. High-speed internet. 20 min walk to town.

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

Old Fisherman's Cottage by Harbour Fistral & Towan

This original fisherman’s cottage is tucked away in a prime location near the Harbour on one of the oldest streets in Newquay. It’s slap bang between Fistral and the Town beaches, Sainsburys is close by, and it avoids the noise of pubs and clubs. Our cottage has been lovingly restored. There is an open planned layout throughout for light and space and small courtyards to the front and rear. Perfect for couples wanting to holiday in Newquay! We always want to achieve a 5* rating!

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor with kitchen, dining area and lounge plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking outside the cottage.
