Just a few mins walk to South Downs, 15 mins walk to local village with pub, eateries & shops, 30 mins walk to beach. The beauty of this location is that you feel away from the hustle and bustle of every day life yet you are still close to many lovely towns and villages such as Ferring, Worthing, Arundel, Chichester, Brighton with very good public transport links.

South Downs View, in West Sussex, is a peaceful, comfortable studio flat over garage that we call 'THE FOG'. It is situated on a pick your own fruit farm where you can enjoy visits to our family run farm shop (Monday to Saturday) that offers local artisan produce and a cafe serving home cooked food and speciality coffee. The FOG is a perfect place to stay for a few days away in the country or an ideal stopover if you are taking on the challenge of walking or cycling the South downs way.

Little Saltspring bijou seaside home near Arundel

A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. There is a private sheltered south-facing patio type garden with table and chairs, and free car parking on the premises.

The house is quiet despite being close to the A29 road and is 5 minutes walk from the station and Tesco and footpaths easily accessible. Beaches and Goodwood are within 20 minutes.

It is a self contained first floor apartment which forms part of an 18thC stable block with magnificent views to North and South. The flat is a perfect base for walking or cycling in the South Downs National Park and is within easy reach of Gatwick Airport. Sleeps 4 comfortably with an additional travel cot possible. The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided
