Fishing tournaments are almost every weekend from Febuary 1 through June 14. Scallop season Starts June 15th and ends September 10th. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If your lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.

A peaceful paradise! Dockside campgrounds is on the Steinhatchee River. We are located only 1.5 miles from the public boat ramp and offer day use and overnight dockage. Our campground offers 4 beautiful lots with large palm trees and beautiful water views. We have full hook-ups at all spots offering water, sewer and 50V hook-up. There's also a fire pit, pet waste disposal and trash cans onsite.
