This is a 2 bedroom, with a King in one and queen in the other , 2 bath, washer-dryer, kitchen and living space combo and has a nice little sitting room that has a perfect view of the marsh. The condo backs up to the marsh, has a large deck that faces east, and makes it enjoyable to watch the beautiful sunrises we have . Quiet and peaceful makes it a great getaway spot !

A fully stocked kitchen provides you opportunity to dine in, or head to the spacious deck to grill dinner or roast s'mores at the fire pit. Three bedrooms and two full baths. Pet-friendly, dogs only. Fenced yard. Secluded for peace and quiet, but conveniently located to visit all of SSI!

There is a "In-Law suite" that the owners stay in on the back of the property. It is separated from the main house by an 8 ft fence.

You almost feel transported to old town Georgia with church bells chiming. Then you can have a lovely short walk to downtown Brunswick or to the bakery around the corner.
