5BR Lakefront Lake Anna, Hot Tub, Pool, Beach

Blue Lake Haven is a brand new lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. We fully equipped the home with everything you will likely need, because our goal is that you just have to pack your clothes, swimming suits, and water shoes. We recently added a hot tub, a large furnished deck with outdoor seating and dining, and a private boat dock and private beach area. The community has a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, beach, and boat slips available for use on a first-come-first-served basis.

Relax at Lake Anna with friends and family at your own pool, hot tub and dock. Blue house boasts numerous spaces for entertaining and private chill time. House features 4 bedrooms, 3 large couches and 3 full bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and ready for a home cooked meal after a full day on the lake. Tim's at Lake Anna is a short car ride or boat ride to enjoy a meal and cocktail. The Cove and Lake Anna Plaza at the 208 bridge are close by including boat and jet ski rentals.

Tucked next to the Frederal civil war park in very quiet 2 acres land at a dead end street but very close to the historic Fredericksburg downtown (In 2026, the pool opens on May 22nd). You can take 5 minutes short walk to access the civil war park and enjoying more than 10 miles of historical beautiful federal civil war park land. Or you can just stay in the house and relax with the tranquility or the sauna. Or visit the historical Fredericksburg downtown or George Washington boyhood home.

Lakefront at Turtle Cove

Enjoy the lake life in a peaceful quiet cove on the gorgeous large lake within Lake of the Woods. When not enjoying the newly renovated home with a vaulted ceiling great room, huge screened porch, and a desk and flat screen TV in each room, you can swim, float, kayak, or paddleboard in the quiet, secluded cove, or enjoy the 9 beaches or 2 community pools. Catch fish off the dock in one of the best fishing coves on the lake, and then warm up at night by the fire pit . Great for families.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in our English style cottage. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but close enough to enjoy the beauty of a town full of history. Fredericksburg is the childhood home of George Washington, his mother also lived in the town. You can visit these homes as well as the famous battlefields from colonial and civil battles... If you just want to relax, this two bedroom guesthouse is the perfect way to recharge your batteries and enjoy the countryside in peace.

Poplar Cove - Lake Anna (Private Side)

Poplar Cove is a 2-bed 2-bath waterfront property with beautiful views. We are situated in a spacious cove; great spot for safely swimming, kayaking, floating or just sitting on the dock or one of the many patios. The backyard levels out at the bottom providing a perfect spot for spreading a blanket or enjoying backyard games adjacent to the private dock. This property is a downstairs walkout that is attached to the main house; but you will have your own entrance and private experience.

Wilderness Resort- Presidential Cabin

Our cozy Presidential log cabins make the perfect getaway! Though not on the water, these 2 level log cabins (1200 sq ft) offer all the resort style amenities. There are 2 bedrooms; 1 with a Queen & the 2nd with options for a Queen or 2 twins. The cabin has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a sofabed, jacuzzi tub, cable TV, wifi, & heat/air conditioning. A southern-style porch w/2 rocking chairs allows guests to enjoy nature. Must be 21 or older, with a valid credit card, to check-in!

Bellemount, circa 1850, horse farm with pool

Farm house on working horse farm. Originally built circa 1850, the house was most recently renovated in 2023. The farm is home to around 20 horses and two tractors. The family that runs the farm has been here since 1980.
