Our fully stocked home offers fun activities for the whole family, including games, ping pong, a hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, and water toys.

There is 1 king, 3 queen, bunks, and twin beds, comfortable for sleeping 11. The open living room has a 55" HD tv and a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Situated lakefront, guests can enjoy sun and water fun, bonfires, and sunsets. A 7.3% transient occupancy tax will be included on all bookings

Spend your days relaxing at the water’s edge on the private dock, screened in porch or large deck and your evenings roasting marshmallows gathered around the built-in fire-pit.

Waterfront at it's finest on Lake Anna located on the public/cold central side of the lake, in a quiet cove. Our home is fully furnished with a modern vibe. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and necessities you need to enjoy your stay. We have a great dock that you can lounge and hang out on as well as dock your boat or jet ski's. You are right on the Rapidan river where you can raft, fish, float, kayak, swim or just go exploring on a 2 acre island in the river! Plenty of outdoor games, smore's to make and stars to gaze at!
