The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. The Apartment A spacious self-contained apartment joining the main house. Lovely country views, ideal for either a quiet getaway, exploring the Devon countryside or business trip. Exeter City centre is only 15 mins drive with Exeter Airport and the M5 - J29 & J30 also less than 10 mins drive. We are in close proximity to Rockbeare Manor wedding venue. We are ideally suited if flying from Exeter Airport. There is also a train station at Cranbrook on the Waterloo line 5 mins away.

Wifi and a television are also provided. The property is right next to the bus stop and the train station is a 5 minute walk. convenience store and takeaways right on the door step as well as a pub which serves food. Charging for an electric vehicle can be provided at an additional cost.
