It has a queen-sized bed upstairs, with a large corner double sofa-bed & shower room downstairs. No smoking.

Spacious sitting room, dining room & brand-new galley kitchen with full oven & dishwasher are downstairs. Bathroom & facilities are also downstairs. Our place is a short drive to the train station for the fast train to London (35 mins to London Bridge) & is a 10 minute drive to Tonbridge, 15 minutes to Tunbridge Wells & 15/20 minutes to Sevenoaks.
