Wi-Fi in the caravan has been added this season 🎉 Our caravan is beautifully situated with sea views and side decking on Haven Devon Cliffs Caravan site. Access to lovely Sandy Beach and loads of entertainment for adults and children. Largish bathroom as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets. All the facilities for self catering are available in the caravan but the site offers many food outlets to meet your family needs (incl. a shop). We also have DVDs, books and games to keep everyone occupied.

Little Brook is a self contained annex to the owners home with its own private entrance, and outside decking. There is private parking available on the main driveway, please park to the right. The property is situated in the scenic village of Littleham, 2.3 miles from the seaside town of Exmouth, located 30 minutes from Exeter. It boasts a myriad of activities for all ages. With a picturesque seafront spanning two miles of golden sands, stunning walking routes and vast selection of restaurants.

Beautiful one bedroom coach house with parking

Enjoy staying in this well located one bedroom upside down house on the edge of the village of Lympstone. Walking distance to village pubs, shop, train station, estuary and cycle path. Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with 2 velux windows and door to the outside staircase. Parking in front of property.

Town centre with excellent shops and restaurants and Exmouth’s stunning sandy beach is just a short walk away. Stairs and lift to your accommodation.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. The Nook is a lovely home away from home, perfect for singles or couples looking for a quiet break away. Only 7 minutes walking distance from the beach and 15 minutes walk from Mickeys beach bar and restaurant. All on one floor you will find a very comfortable double bedroom with an Emma hybrid mattress. A bathroom with shower and bath. Open plan kitchen, living and dining with all the necessary cooking equipment for your stay.

Our flat is perfect for visiting East Devon. It’s located on a quiet road close to the South West Coast Path, golf course and walking distance to Budleigh Salterton. Modern and spacious it has a bedroom and en-suite downstairs. The open plan kitchen/living area is upstairs. It has fibre broadband, with Disney+The kitchen is well-equipped. It has plenty of room for parking. The entire space is for the sole use of guests. We live next door, happy to help with any advice on the local area.

'Western Way' is a beautiful , 1 bedroom apartment. Just 2 minutes walk to the sandy beach of Exmouth and the start of the world famous Jurassic Coast Path. Parking, sea views and a small courtyard. It has a well equipped kitchen and washing machine. The town centre is a mile away with plenty of shops and restaurants and Exmouth offers a wide variety of activities, such as kitesurfing, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding , hikings, mountain biking and rowing, endless hours of fun.
