My fav modern museum in the city! 1) it's only 2 blocks from my place :) Free Fridays from 4-8pm, a huge line usually, but it goes by pretty fast so don't be scared. Crowded, but free!

Gorgeous collection of arts, it's more special to view from the actual home of the owner. A real gem. They have special pricing on Sundays I believe.

The biggest museum in NYC, a must. It's suggested pricing so don't feel too pressured to pay full price if you're on a tight budget. The rooftop has a beautiful view of central park w bar.

Very cool building, you'll recognize in many movies. It really depends on the exhibit, but it's definitely worth checking out.

Classic old school movie theater, completely betters the movie experience. It only plays one movie at a time, so call to find out. Or walk over and pick up a ticket, it's only 3 blocks away!

Worth the long line, at least once. Great burger, fries and shakes are yummy. This outdoor shack was the original but there's one closer to home, on 44th st and 8th ave if you're short on time.

Really cool NY coffee house, always laid back, artistic people. Though this location in Union Square is probably more hustle and bustle than the Village Location. Very good coffee.
