Sightseeing
Miami is such a large city with many attractions. Here is a list of the main ones we personally enjoy as well as recommend to all our guests. Especially when coming to vacation in a large group or family. It's "a little bit of everything" that we can suggest for you to get the entire Miami experience that goes beyond South Beach.
Miami Beach is a south Florida island city, connected by bridges to mainland Miami. Wide beaches stretch from North Shore Open Space Park, past palm-lined Lummus Park to South Pointe Park. The southern end, South Beach, is known for its international cachet with models and celebrities, and its early-20th-century architecture in the Art Deco Historic district with pastel-colored buildings, especially on Ocean Drive.

South Beach is known for its beaches and the glamorous scene around its happening nightspots and celebrity-chef eateries. Chain stores and indie fashion shops line pedestrian shopping strip Lincoln Road Mall. On Ocean Drive, known for its well-preserved art deco architecture, outdoor cafes offer a ringside view of the scene. Museums include the Wolfsonian-FIU, which has a collection of modern art and objects.

In the heart of Miami Beach lies this great little block. Literally every restaurant is superb! Our very favorite is Mercato Della Pescheria. It's definetly a must. Also, the drive to Espnola Way is nice becuase you get to see the Miami Beach life.
While the area was originally intended for Miami Beach's high society, the 1920s brought about rough conditions as gangsters like the infamous Al Capone used the Clay Hotel for gambling. In the 1930s, the scene moved more toward its original vision, and Espanola Way became known for its rumba beat.
