The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Nauti loman helppoudesta tässä juuri remontoidussa rauhallisessa ja Rukan parhaalla paikalla olevalla alppimajalla eli hissit ja rinteet vieressä joihin pääsee Ski-in / Ski-out tyyliin asunnolta, pertsaajille hiihtoladut n. 100m päässä. Ruka Valleyssa, joka on aivan vieressä löytyy ravintoloita ja pieni ruokakauppa. Ruka Valleystä lähtevällä Gondoli hissillä pääsee kätevästi eturinteiden puolelle Ruka Villageen isompaan ruokakauppaan ja ravintoloihin. Kesäisin tietenkin frisbeegolf ja MTB!

Kesäisin ja syksyisin retkeily- ja maastopyöräreiteille pääsee lähimaastosta. Talvella ja keväällä Rukan ympäristön hoidetuille hiihtoladuille sekä moottorikelkkareiteille pääsee mökin pihasta.

This approx. 63m² semi-detached apartment is located in Vuosseli (East-Ruka) surrounded by giant fir trees, near ski slopes and tracks. In a quiet area, but still close to services. The distance from the cottage to the ski slopes and tracks is only approx. 300m. The journey takes a short cut either on foot or on skis. The cottage is well suited for couples and small families.
