The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Beautiful home in the Ruka Center

The apartment is located in the Ruka Center. The beautiful one-bedroom apartment is perfect for four people. When the Talvijärvi lift is open you can access the ski slope directly from the apartment. Otherwise, you can get easily to the slopes from the Ruka Center with the new Gondoli-lift. The distance to the Ruka Center and to the slopes and to cross-country ski trails is 100 m. The apartment has beautiful views. The apartment is well equipped and there is a free WiFi. Welcome!

A true ski-in/ski-out. 3 restaurants & ski rental about 100 meters. 1 Queen size bed + 1 good quality divan sofa bed. Bathroom and compact kitchen with dishwasher. Floor 2/2, private entrance. Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage.
