Santina is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! Positioned in a field behind our farmhouse, the shepherd hut is surrounded by farm land. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'details to note') or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

IN THE GROUNDS OF A PRIVATE GATED TOWN RESIDENCE A one bedroom Detached Coach Housed set on 2 levels. Quiet secure near town centre location with private off road parking. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen and a separate shower room. The chalet style first floor consists of a living dining room with a double sofa bed leading to the SEPARATE double bedroom with Queen size bed. Small garden with seating. HOT TUB* Ideal for couples not really suitable for children.

Little Oaks at Hillview

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

Luxury Barn conversion, 3 bed, 3 bath with hot-tub

The Old Dairy sits in glorious Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire countryside right on your doorstep. Lovely private garden for outside dining, relaxing and hot-tub. Excellent walking, cycling & other activities close by. You’ll love it because of its beamed ceilings, fabulous kitchen in large open plan living area with log burner and doors opening onto private garden. A great place for special occasions, and make the most of your Sunday with our Lazy Sunday check-out time of 4pm.

The Barn at the Old George and Dragon

The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.

The Secret Corner

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

Launde Lodge

Our rustic-luxe eco shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature and serenaded by birdsong, where in-the-know modish types come to unwind. It may be a hut but step through the French doors and the sheer style will blow you away: a rolltop copper bath…it’s all very special. The ultimate thing to do here is throw open the double doors, pop a bottle of fizz and climb into the bath tub or fire up the hot tub for an alfresco soak and star gaze around the fire fit.

Set in 14 acres of beautiful northamptonshire countryside, Cherry lap lodge can be found on the grounds of a large farm. Escape and unplug in our luxury farm lodge. Nestled in a quiet location in the heart of our farm. Our lodge was previously an annex now hand crafted into a modern, luxury hot tub retreat. Escape to this exquisitely redesigned residence surrounded by green fields. The home features sliding barn doors, an eclectic mix of antiques and chic vintage pieces, and access to a gorgeous private hot tub with countryside views and a shared BBQ area. Lily barn comes with two king bedrooms. The Sheringham Hut can be added on request for an additional fee, providing a 3rd bedroom. Optional in-barn spa treatments by Tiny House Retreats.

'The Maid's cottage was a perfect retreat and photos don't do it justice'. Our cottage is the ideal accommodation for couples or families with children to have a relaxing retreat in this cosy home, with its own hot tub. We feel it is suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 children, who would be happy to sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. The garden is enclosed and perfect for dogs. It was completely renovated in 2020 and opened in late 2021.

Romantic + Very Private Bungalow With Hot Tub

The Annexe is a newly built detached, spacious one bedroom bungalow. It is very private and set in the midst of almost 2.5 acres of garden with it's own hot tub. Small - Medium size, well behaved dogs are welcome. Free on site parking. Located approx 10/15 mins from Silverstone and between the pretty Northamptonshire villages of Blisworth and Stoke Bruerne, this is the perfect place to explore the surrounding countryside.
